All plywood base saddles include a new curved plywood inner base, which is covered top and bottom with leather, except several rare models where a fiberglass molded base is supplied, at same price. Where applicable, these include epoxied-in bolts . Extremely few original bases are re-usable, due to delamination caused by the fact that marine waterproof glues were not then available.
This pricelist is based on using your
saddle parts. (solo Indian repro pans are available---see
price list) Prices above are based on parts being repaired,
straightened, cleaned, and painted before sending to us for recovering.

Top grain grade A leather used. I use brown, or black alcohol-based dyes. This leaves a durable finish that won't flake off like leather paint. Hand stitching with nylon thread. Professionally engraved metal plates used for logo impressions.
Die cut vent holes. Nickeled, coppered, O.D., or black oxide plated rivets are used. No work done with vinyl, plastics or rubber. Real hair padding is no longer available. We use a synthetic fiber padding in place of the original hair padding which is more durable and feels just like the original..
Authenticity and quality workmanship are my standards.
